We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our facility department as a Supervisor Facility Operations at Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company. As a Supervisor Facility Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of facility staff, including technicians and custodial personnel. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to ensure that all facility operations are carried out effectively and in accordance with company standards.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff, including technicians and custodial personnel
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Provide guidance and support to facility staff, including training and development opportunities
Ensure that all facility operations are carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations
Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
Manage facility budgets and expenses
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any facility-related issues
