Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

We are urgently hiring a well-experienced Production Supervisor from the manufacturing industry. Salary will be higher than your current salary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations as per instructions from Production Incharge
• Arrange raw material for every production job
• Prepare machines for new production orders and ensure proper cleanliness
• Manage waste for each job individually
• Communicate and coordinate closely with the Maintenance Department
• Assist in preventive maintenance and ensure machine efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize breakdowns
• Monitor product quality and report non-conformities
• Manage manpower, shift rotations, and team performance
• Maintain floor housekeeping standards
• Prepare and submit daily production reports
• Ensure accurate ERP and MS Office documentation

Requirements

• Intermediate qualification minimum
• 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience (required)
• Age 25–35 years
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Office, ERP, and record-management skills
