Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lubricants and base oil grades, with a chemical background preferred, and proven expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the supply chain for lubricants and base oil products, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Plan and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Analyze demand forecasts and align supply planning accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to chemical products.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the lubricants, base oils, or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of lubricants and base oil grades is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of international procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
