System Administrator

Simpaisa is seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Print Services).

Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.

Administer user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, security groups, and access policies within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Monitor server health, system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.

Ensure system security through patch management, antivirus solutions, access control, and security best practices.

Perform routine system updates, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.

Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and cloud services.

Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware

Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and IT teams.

Support IT audits, compliance requirements, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.

Proficiency in database management systems.

Hands-on experience with network management, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting.
