We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Officer
with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining the right talent to support the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).

Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.

Support employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing efforts.

Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience and a positive employer brand image.

Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to improve processes
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job portals.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
