Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter - Arabic Speaker

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate sales hiring. The candidate must be Arabic-speaking and have proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing real estate sales professionals. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate sales roles.
• Source and attract qualified Arabic-speaking candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of real estate sales professionals.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet business needs and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with focus on real estate sales hiring.
• Must be Arabic-speaking.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and UAE labor market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Location: Abu Dhabi (must be willing to work onsite).
• Availability: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
