Team Lead / Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader for Operations. This role is pivotal in driving the UAE lead generation process and will have complete ownership of the telemarketing team's performance. A key part of the responsibility will be to actively participate in the hiring, training, and rapid ramp-up to ensure growth & sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Process Management:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lead generation process for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure all calling schedules and campaigns are executed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and within the defined timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, contact rates, and lead quality.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

2. Team Management & Performance:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Telemarketing Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity and skills.

3. Hiring & Team Ramp-Up:

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for telemarketing roles.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
  • Develop and execute ramp-up plans for new accounts and team members to achieve productivity goals in the shortest possible time.

4. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate closely with the UAE team to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead quality.
  • Should have good idea about handling VOIP calling platforms & must have good excel knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Team productivity and conversion rates.
  • Successfully hiring, training, and ramping up new team members.
  • Achieving the defined ramp-up timeline and productivity of account.
  • Managing employee retention, Employee absenteeism and satisfaction within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 3+ years of experience in a Call Center or sales environment, with at least 1 year in a team leading or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation processes and meeting targets.
  • Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and ramping up a sales/telemarketing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
