Technical Lead (Dynamics 365)

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service Developer with 6+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with Omni Channel experience considered a plus, along with experience in Azure-based integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Implement and support Omni Channel capabilities (chat, messaging, voice integrations) where required.
  • Develop and maintain Azure-based integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Configure workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture planning.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 implementations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience with Azure services and integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Omni Channel for Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Experience in customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
