GCL is seeking a proactive
Technical Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and landscaping projects. The role ensures effective coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining technical accuracy, schedule adherence, and quality standards. The Technical Project Coordinator will review, analyze, and track project documents, schedules, and progress to facilitate informed decision-making and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining technical project documents, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.

Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Coordinate technical resources and activities among subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Supervise procurement processes, ensuring technical specifications are met for materials and equipment.

Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Schedule and document stakeholder meetings, track action items, and generate technical and progress reports.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues and achieve project milestones.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all project activities.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Minimum
5 years of experience
in field construction, project coordination, or technical project management, preferably in landscaping and infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Strong knowledge of landscaping works (softscape, hardscape, irrigation) and infrastructure (utilities, drainage, roads).
