About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter with a strong Human Resources background to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine HR expertise with a deep understanding of technical recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent across engineering, IT, and technology roles. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to manage the recruitment process end-to-end while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions using multiple platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with HR best practices and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment activities to HR leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Proven HR background with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, IT, data science, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience working in technology-driven companies or startups.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and ability to engage with candidates on role-specific skills.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
