Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the recruitment process, particularly in sourcing and hiring technical talent. This role is critical in helping us find, attract, and hire top talent to drive our company's success.

Requirements

Sourcing and Screening: Use various channels to identify and source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further interviews.

Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the company culture.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, providing regular updates on the recruitment process.

Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.

Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, keeping track of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.

Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Administrative Tasks: Assist in various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Qualification & Skills

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Understanding of technical roles and requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
