Responsibilities
About the role
-
Monitor and manage escalated incidents to ensure timely resolution.

Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
-
Utilize the expedite portal to track and prioritize urgent incidents.
-
Communicate effectively with end-users regarding the status of their incidents.
-
Maintain detailed records of all escalated incidents and their resolutions.
-
Identify trends in incidents and suggest improvements to processes.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows.
Qualifications
About you
-
Agile, flexible to work in collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Time management.
-
Basic and Sequence Troubleshooting.
-
Strong Sense and experience of customer service.
-
Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation processes.
-
Knowledge of ITIL framework and principles.
Technical Skills
-
Knowledge in one of the below technologies:
-
Operating system administration & scripting (Windows, Linux).
-
Database administration (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL).
-
Development using one of the following (PHP, Angular, React).
-
Programing languages (Java, C++, C sharp, python, html, CSS)
-
Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).

Good experience in working in agile and DevOps is a plus.

Understanding networking protocols (CCNA is a plus).
Educational Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
-
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Experience
-
2+ Years Work Experience in IT operation activities.
