Technical Specialists for Virtual Assistant Operations

Weis looking for experienced and hands-on technical professionals to support client operations through practical execution of digital tasks.

Key Requirements

• Strong practical command of relevant tools and platforms
• Ability to complete assigned tasks independently
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability
• Ability to follow written instructions, client briefs and approval procedures
• Average communication skills are acceptable
• Basic written English for task updates and reporting
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Prior experience in a BPO, digital agency or Virtual Assistant environment will be preferred

• Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and X
• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Da Vinci Resolve

Office Hours: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
