Job Title: Telecaller female (Sales) - Interior Design
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, using excellent communication skills to introduce our services, understand customer requirements, and book consultations for our interior designers/sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists or databases to inform them about our interior design services and current offers.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their specific interior design needs (e.g., modular kitchens, wardrobes, full home interiors) and qualify them as viable leads.
- Appointment Setting: Persuade interested clients to schedule appointments or site visits with the sales and design teams, coordinating schedules efficiently.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries about products, services, and the company's value proposition in a professional manner.
- Information Delivery: Clearly and effectively explain interior design packages, pricing, and the benefits of our services, adapting the pitch to individual client needs.
- Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM software or Excel database for effective follow-up and tracking.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure a smooth client handover and align sales strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current interior design trends, products, and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in the real estate, furniture, or interior design industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email handling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
