We are seeking an experienced Tender / Bid Writer / Manager with strong UK procurement knowledge and excellent English skills.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality, compliant tenders for overseas clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Identify relevant tender opportunities through procurement portals
• Review tender documentation and analyze requirements
• Lead the end-to-end bid writing process from review to submission
• Ensure compliance with UK tender regulations and submission guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial information
• Conduct competitor analysis and support bid improvement initiatives
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain tender records

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

• Proven experience in UK tender / bid writing
• Good understanding of financial information, pricing, and cost-related data used in tenders
• Excellent written and spoken English (near-native preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
