Tender Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Tender Specialist responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, and submitting tenders accurately and on time. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, review, and analyze new tenders relevant to the company’s activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate complete tender submissions (technical & commercial).
  • Liaise with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement) to collect required documents.
  • Ensure compliance with tender conditions, specifications, and submission deadlines.
  • Prepare bid clarifications and respond to client inquiries.
  • Maintain records of all submitted tenders and outcomes.
  • Track tender results and prepare management reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and tendering procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering and bidding.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Good command of English is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of government and private sector tendering procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
