Tendering Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in full compliance with HMC guidelines and all regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the entire tendering cycle—from announcement and document preparation to submission and post‑submission follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal documentation necessary for tender packages.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within the specified deadlines.
  • Follow up with relevant HMC departments regarding tender status, clarifications, evaluations, and outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with HMC management and middle‑management personnel.
  • Track upcoming tenders, bid opportunities, and updates related to HMC procurement activities.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all tenders submitted.
  • Assist in the contract award process and facilitate smooth handover to operations when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in tender preparation and submission, ideally within the healthcare or government sector.
  • Mandatory: Direct experience managing and submitting tenders to HMC.
  • Strong existing professional network within HMC.
  • Thorough knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication abilities and effective follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
