Key Responsibilities

Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in full compliance with HMC guidelines and all regulatory requirements.

Oversee the entire tendering cycle—from announcement and document preparation to submission and post‑submission follow‑up.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal documentation necessary for tender packages.

Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within the specified deadlines.

Follow up with relevant HMC departments regarding tender status, clarifications, evaluations, and outcomes.

Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with HMC management and middle‑management personnel.

Track upcoming tenders, bid opportunities, and updates related to HMC procurement activities.

Maintain organized records and documentation for all tenders submitted.

Assist in the contract award process and facilitate smooth handover to operations when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated experience in tender preparation and submission, ideally within the healthcare or government sector.

Mandatory:
Direct experience managing and submitting tenders to HMC.

Strong existing professional network within HMC.

Thorough knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Strong communication abilities and effective follow‑up skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
