Position Overview
Magdou Textil LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Textile Coordinator to support the planning, sourcing, and tracking of textile materials across production and supply operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of textile materials based on production requirements
• Maintain accurate records of fabric specifications, inventory levels, and supplier details
• Communicate with vendors to track orders, confirm delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure materials meet required quality and design standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting material needs
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations for textile quality and safety
• Prepare reports on material usage, order status, and supply chain performance
• Support quality control processes by coordinating inspections and handling defective materials

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in textile coordination, sourcing, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and textile production processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international suppliers
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
