Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ticketing & Umrah Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems, Umrah packages, and customer handling, with a commitment to professionalism and punctuality.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency operations
• Must have hands-on experience with Galileo (GDS) system
• Strong knowledge of airline portals and booking systems
• Ability to issue, reissue, and manage air tickets
• Experience in holding and confirming tickets
• Knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processing, and documentation
• Good communication and customer dealing skills
• Must be punctual, responsible, and well-organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and reissuance
• Handle Umrah packages, hotel bookings, and ground services
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for best fares and deals
• Assist clients with travel queries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and service targets
