About the Position

We are looking for female candidates who want to start a career in the U.S. logistics and dispatching industry. This is a trainee-level position, ideal for freshers who can communicate confidently in English and are willing to work the night shift.

Training will be provided to help you learn load booking, driver coordination, documentation, and dispatch procedures used in the U.S. trucking market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating loads for U.S.-based drivers
• Communicate with brokers and drivers professionally
• Learn to use load boards and dispatch tools
• Support the team in tracking routes and handling basic dispatch tasks
• Maintain accurate records and daily logs

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Strong English fluency is mandatory (spoken & written)
• Freshers are welcome; no prior dispatch experience required
• Must be able to work night shift
• Eager to learn the U.S. dispatching process
• Responsible, confident, and disciplined
