Training & Development Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Design, implement, and monitor training programs for restaurant staff.
  • Prepare and maintain annual/monthly training calendars.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, and e-learning materials.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all outlets.
  • Carry out post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Track training progress, maintain records, and report outcomes to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Training & Development (preferably in QSR/restaurant/hospitality).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.
  • Ability to design engaging training sessions, calendars, and evaluations.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
