Our client is a leading and internationally recognized mega project developer.


Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning, design, and development of the Transport & Distribution Strategy.
  2. Lead the operational implementation of the Transport & Distribution Strategy.
  3. Ensure Transport & Distribution operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and execute plans and programs to meet organizational and departmental goals.
  5. Establish Scope of Work, SLA, and RFP processes for outsourcing Transport & Distribution.
  6. Monitor and manage logistics service providers to meet contractual and operational standards.
  7. Create continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Maintain fleet records, utilization, productivity, HSE, KPIs, and key metrics.
  9. Ensure all transactions are documented and updated in IT systems.
  10. Set and communicate Quality and HSE standards, ensuring adherence by all operators.
  11. Establish performance measures and priorities for Transport & Distribution operations.
  12. Conduct inspections and reviews to evaluate operational efficiency.
  13. Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  14. Maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Provide ongoing training to develop staff's technical and HSE skills.
  16. Prepare periodic reports on operations, growth, and capacity variations.
  17. Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Recognized degree in Supply Chain & Logistics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 20 years experience in Transport & Distribution operations, including at least 3-4 years in a senior management or director role.
