Travel Consultant - Ticket Booking Agent Male/Female Needed

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling mature travel leads, proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and in-depth knowledge of international visa requirements. This role demands a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to craft personalized travel experiences that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from mature leads with professionalism and efficiency
• Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book flights, hotels, and travel packages
• Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and embassy procedures for various countries
• Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel advisories, and destination trends
• Provide post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and emergency assistance
• Upsell travel insurance, tours, and ancillary services to enhance client experience
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred)
• Strong understanding of visa processes for major travel destinations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and client profiles simultaneously
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
