TSR (Telesales Representative)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and emails to potential clients.

Introduce ESP Inspire’s IT solutions and understand client needs.
Generate leads, set appointments, and maintain follow-ups.
Update and manage leads in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably IT industry). Bachelor’s degree (BS or equivalent).

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
