JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Unit Head

Function: Operations

Grade: P4 (Manager)

Reports To: Area/Regional Controller

People Reporting To UH: Department Managers/ HODs

Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 8+ year



Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities


  • Conducts periodic review of Business with all stakeholders for visibility and corrective measures.
  • Strategies sales plans; Budgeting & control checkpoints
  • Strategise to increase market share, boost conversion, improve stockturns, enhanced enrollments in loyalty programs, Improve cash-memo size and quantities and customer retention.
  • Responsible for conserving and protecting assets by Managing assets judisiously for higher asset turnover.
  • Ensures Processes adherence & Audit closures.
  • Strategizes to maintain and Improve Service Standards.
  • Leading People.
  • Improve Profitability & Resource Management.
  • Responsible for Store Image.
  • Maintain & build PR and Business Relations.
