About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder with Fiverr experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, writing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets on freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, professional, and engaging bids/proposals to win projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to understand project requirements before bidding.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on proposals and ongoing discussions.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure deals within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Track and report bidding activities, success rates, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
- Hands-on experience with Fiverr profile management, gig optimization, and client handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead generation outside freelancing platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking client communication.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
