Vice President – Short-Term Rental Management (VP / CEO Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive (VP/CEO level) to lead our short-term rental operations in the UAE. The role involves driving strategic growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior guest experience across our property portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operations, maximize occupancy, and enhance revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers, property managers, and operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competition to position the company competitively.
• Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, licensing requirements, and hospitality standards.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Drive digital transformation and implement technology solutions for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in property management or short-term rental operations at a senior/executive level in the UAE.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE property laws, licensing, and hospitality regulations.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Proficiency in property management software and technology-driven solutions.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
