Freelance Video Producer

We're looking for an experienced freelance video producer to help turn long-form
editorial and guide content, as well as product explainer content, into
high-quality YouTube videos.

Our video content will target independent apartment rental landlords searching
for clear, problem-solving guidance on common rental and property-management

What You'll Do

* Adapt written guides into YouTube-ready video formats
* Recommend the right execution: talking head, VO + graphics, stock video,
  hybrid
* Create scripts or structured outlines from existing content
* Produce polished videos end-to-end: editing, visuals, audio
* Collaborate on YouTube SEO: titles, descriptions, structure, and on-screen
  clarity
* Optimize for clarity, pacing, and viewer retention

Formats We're Open To

* Talking head or hybrid formats
* Voiceover with motion graphics, stock video
* Explainer videos

What We're Looking For

* Experience producing educational or editorial YouTube content
* Strong editorial judgment and visual storytelling skills
* Comfortable working from long-form written material
* Clean, modern motion graphics style
* Understands YouTube SEO and how videos get discovered over time
