We are looking for a team of Virtual Assistants to join our office in Spring North Bahria Phase-7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, office-based position. Applicants must have strong English communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO or call center environment. Responsibilities:

* Fulfill the official assignment provided by the client.

* Appointment Scheduling

* Customer Query Resolution

* Help Desk Management

* Data Entry and Database Management

* Client handling, Communication & retention

* Lead generation (Cold calling & Email campaign)

What We’re Looking For :

* Excellent English Communication Skills (written & spoken)

* 1-3 Years of experience in an international BPO/Call center or freelancing as a Virtual Assistant

* Confidence & Professionalism when interacting with clients

* Team Player with strong time-management and organizational abilities

Real Estate VA: Transaction Coordination, Lead Generation and Client Communication
