We Are Hiring: Business Development Associate (Staff Augmentation)

Position: Business Development Associate
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and email marketing
• Pitch software services and staff augmentation solutions to clients
• Close deals for dedicated resources (developers, designers, QA, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities in international markets

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of IT services and the staff augmentation model is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
