Job Title: QA Executive (Call Center – Night Shift)

Job Description:
We are hiring a QA Executive for our call center night shift. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls, evaluating agent performance, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded calls.
• Evaluate agent performance and maintain QA scores.
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents for improvement.
• Prepare daily/weekly QA reports.
• Ensure agents follow campaign guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center QA or relevant role.
• Good listening, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in night shift.

Location: NextGen Arcade, Old Airport Road, near Shah Khalid Stop, Rawalpindi

Salary: 50K – 60K + Performance Bonus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
