ZONAL SALES MANAGER

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Zonal Sales Manager for its operations.

Should be able to:

- Develop and implement business plans to achieve shipment volumes, in-market sales, secondary sales, and distribution KPIs (coverage, hit rate, call frequency).

- Review zonal sales performance, market share, sales cycle plans, and other key sales indicators to drive continuous improvement.

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets (volumetric and SKU-wise) while ensuring product availability and visibility across trade and distributor levels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and execute merchandising and display initiatives.

- Manage distributor/dealer networks, lead and motivate sales teams, prepare accurate forecasts, and design PJP for effective execution of trade marketing activities.

- Drive business expansion into new areas through efficient distributor/dealer network development.

- Ensure execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through sales KPIs.

- Provide inspirational leadership by motivating the team, communicating a clear vision, and fostering a coaching-driven culture.

- Utilize market insights and competitor intelligence to proactively identify new business opportunities.

Must have:

- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Zonal Sales Manager in the Lubricants industry.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Business Development & Sales Management, Distributor/Dealer Handling, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Forecasting, Trade Marketing, and Team Leadership.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
