Job Title: Creative Content Strategist – Arabic & English
Location: Innovex Agency, Warehouse No. 1, Street 9, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 6,500 per month, based on experience and portfolio quality
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Language Requirement: Arabic and English fluency is required

About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist – Arabic & English to join our team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, organized, trend-aware, and excited about the future of content creation.
The candidate should be able to develop strong content ideas, write scripts, create content strategies, prepare briefs, build mood boards, research trends, and support the creative direction for:
- Social media content
- Commercial videos
- AI-generated assets
- Brand campaigns
- Print media
- Creative decks and presentations
- AI-assisted content concepts
The candidate will work closely with the Account Manager, Project Manager, Creative Director, production team, post-production team, designers, and AI creative team to turn client objectives into strong creative concepts and production-ready content directions.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Content Planning
- Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and storytelling directions for social media, commercial videos, brand campaigns, AI-generated visuals, AI video concepts, and print media.
- Create engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms based on each client’s brand, audience, objectives, tone of voice, and market positioning.
- Support the creation of content calendars, monthly content directions, campaign plans, creative decks, and client presentations.
- Translate client objectives into practical content plans, creative concepts, campaign directions, and production-ready briefs.
AI Creative Workflow
- Use AI tools and creative technologies to support content ideation, mood boards, visual references, AI-generated assets, AI video concepts, image directions, and creative presentations.
- Support AI-assisted creative workflows, including idea generation, image references, AI visuals, AI video concepts, prompt directions, and creative experimentation.
- Research and stay updated on AI creative trends, AI tools, AI video generation, AI photo generation, and new production methods.
- Help the team explore how AI can improve the speed, quality, creativity, and presentation of client work.
Writing, Scripts & Creative Copy
- Write scripts, captions, taglines, hooks, content pillars, campaign messages, commercial concepts, and creative copy in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure all content is adapted properly for Arabic and English audiences, with strong cultural understanding and natural language use.
- Develop storytelling approaches for short-form videos, social media campaigns, commercial videos, and branded content.
Briefs, Mood Boards & Production Direction
- Prepare clear and detailed content briefs for the creative, AI, design, production, and post-production teams.
- Create briefs that include campaign ideas, visual direction, mood boards, references, shot ideas, hooks, captions, scripts, production notes, AI asset directions, and technical requirements.
- Review content ideas before production to ensure they are practical, on-brand, visually strong, culturally relevant, and suitable for the selected platform.
- Coordinate with production and post-production teams to ensure the creative idea is clearly understood and properly executed.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Attend client meetings with clients to understand client requirements, campaign goals, brand direction, audience needs, and content objectives.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to refine ideas, improve storytelling, strengthen creative execution, and ensure all concepts match the client’s brand identity and campaign goals.
- Present creative ideas clearly to internal teams and, when required, to clients.
- Manage multiple clients, deadlines, concepts, briefs, and creative tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
Research & Market Awareness
- Research competitors, social media trends, AI creative trends, content formats, audience behavior, brand references, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on Instagram, TikTok, Reels, short-form video formats, commercial content trends, AI creative tools, and competitor activity.
- Identify fresh creative references and content opportunities that can help clients stand out.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Experience in content strategy, social media planning, creative writing, scriptwriting, advertising, or agency work.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English, especially for captions, hooks, scripts, campaign messages, and short-form content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, short-form video, social media trends, and digital content formats.
- Good understanding of branding, aesthetics, tone of voice, audience behavior, and campaign objectives.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, production workflows, editing, and post-production processes.
- Ability to create mood boards, references, content briefs, campaign directions, and visual content plans.
- Interest in AI tools, AI-generated content, AI visuals, AI video, prompt-based creativity, and modern creative workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, research, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, industries, projects, and deadlines at the same time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a creative agency, marketing agency, social media agency, production house, or advertising agency.
- Experience working on content for luxury, lifestyle, perfume, beauty, fashion, real estate, F&B, corporate, hospitality, or e-commerce brands.
- Experience creating video concepts, campaign ideas, commercial scripts, social media calendars, or content strategies.
- Experience using AI tools for creative work, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, Firefly, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Ability to create AI prompts or give clear creative direction for AI-generated photos, videos, visuals, and assets.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Slides, Notion, Milanote, Pinterest, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative planning platforms.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.

Hiring Process
Round 1: Initial Screening
The first round will include a discussion about the candidate’s previous experience, portfolio, creative thinking, bilingual writing ability, social media knowledge, AI tool awareness, content strategy experience, and understanding of creative production.
Round 2: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation
Candidates will be given a practical assignment related to content strategy, creative concept development, AI-assisted ideation, or scriptwriting.
The candidate will present their work and explain the thinking behind the concept, creative direction, platform strategy, and execution approach.
