We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Officer and IT Support Officer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and support our teams with efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and order.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital and physical).
  • Manage travel, logistics, and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Assist HR and Finance departments with record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Support in organizing meetings, internal events, and other company activities.
  • Monitor attendance, visitor logs, and office security procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or operations (experience in a tech or service-based company is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Provide basic IT support including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, printer setup, internet connectivity, and system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or operations (experience in a tech or service-based company is a plus).
