Job Responsibility:

• Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
• Motivate team members to achieve better performance
• Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
• Monitor on field team performance & keep a strict check
• Building relationship with car dealers
• Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
• Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
• Add more cities in near region considering the potential in mind
