What We'reLooking For - ADegree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology ora related field preferred.
- Provenexperience managing end-to-end recruitment within hospitality, luxurylifestyle, retail or a fast-paced service environment, with the ability tomanage recruitment portfolios independently, including Senior or Specialistroles.
- Strongstakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering withHiring Managers at multiple levels, including Senior Leadership, and providingcommercially balanced advice.
- Soundunderstanding of workforce planning, headcount control and recruitment costmanagement.
- Data-drivenapproach with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitmentreporting tools to inform decision-making.
- Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines, alongside a proactive, solutions-focused approach and flexibility tosupport peak hiring periods and operational demands as required.
- Operateseffectively in a fast-paced, international environment, adapting to changingpriorities and supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones whenrequired.

Key Responsibilities - Leadsthe full Recruitment Lifecycle for assigned departments and properties acrossFIVE's portfolio, from strategic workforce planning and proactive sourcingthrough to offer management and seamless onboarding coordination.
- Designsand implements proactive, bespoke sourcing strategies for Specialist, Seniorand high-volume roles, leveraging direct search, networking, referralprogrammes and agency partnerships to attract exceptional talent.
- Buildsand nurtures strong talent pipelines for critical roles, supporting successionplanning and sustainable growth.
- Conductsstructured interviews and robust candidate assessments, ensuring fair,consistent and objective evaluation processes aligned with 'FIVE-Star'standards.
- Actsas a key escalation point for onboarding matters, ensuring a smooth, engagingand professional transition from offer acceptance to commencement.
- Championsa remarkable candidate experience that reflects FIVE's bold employer brand and award-winningpositioning at every touchpoint.
- Serveas the primary Recruitment Partner to Heads of Department, providing strategicguidance on hiring plans, market insights, salary benchmarking and candidateselection.
- Challengesand advises Hiring Managers constructively to ensure best-practice recruitmentstandards and commercially sound hiring decisions.
- Representthe Human Resources function confidently in meetings with senior stakeholders,delivering clear updates on hiring progress, risks and market conditions.
- Drivesrecruitment timelines independently, ensuring vacancies are filled efficientlyin alignment with approved manning plans, budget parameters and operationalpriorities.
- Supportspeak hiring periods, pre-openings and business-critical recruitment initiativesacross the Group as required.
- Partnerswith the Senior Recruitment Manager on workload planning, prioritisation andthe continuous enhancement of recruitment processes.
- Overseesrecruitment reporting and data analysis, tracking key metrics such as time tohire, cost per hire and quality of hire to inform Strategic decision-making.
- Maintainsexceptional accuracy across the Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Trackers,ensuring compliance, governance and audit readiness.
- Ensuresall recruitment activities comply with internal policies, local labourlegislation and FIVE's governance standards.
