Position Overview

Lookin for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – R&D with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will lead formulation and development projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute formulation development for new products.
• Conduct and review stability studies.
• Create and maintain technical reports, protocols, SOPs, and product dossiers.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to support product development activities.

Requirements:

• Pharm-D / M. Sc Chemistry with minimum of 06-08 years of experience in New Products Development (NPD).
• Proven experience in formulation development, analytical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
