Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research potential clients, industries, and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities
CRM & Data Management
- Assist in maintaining and updating client and lead data in CRM tools
- Ensure accurate documentation of communication and follow-ups
Online Platforms Support
- Support senior team members in managing profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
- Assist in drafting bids, proposals, and outreach messages
Sales Funnel Assistance
- Help track leads through different stages of the sales funnel
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain records of client interactions
Proposal & Communication Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and introductory documentsJoin client calls or meetings for learning and note-taking purposes
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and share insights with the team
- Support research related to pricing, services, and market positioning
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain sales-related records and assist with internal reportsSupport the business development team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Communication Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Understanding:
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions (training will be provided)
Tools & Platforms (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, or email outreach
Personal Traits:
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance
