BPO Sales Representative

@.Job Title: BPO Sales Representative – Appointment Setter & Lead Generator (Construction)

We are looking for motivated and energetic BPO Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The role focuses on generating and qualifying high-quality homeowner and investor leads for construction projects through outbound calling.

If you have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to engage prospects, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-growing construction sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (200+ calls per day) to homeowners and property leads within our target service areas.
  • Introduce prospects to our construction services, including:
  • Kitchen Remodels
  • Bathroom Remodels
  • ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)
  • Garage Conversions
  • Full Home Remodels
  • New Construction Projects
  • Qualify leads based on project type, budget, timeline, and location.
  • Generate new prospects through research, lead sourcing, and outbound dialing.
  • Book qualified in-person consultations directly into the closer’s calendar.
  • Follow up with cold, warm, and aged leads to maximize appointment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Performance Target

  • Daily Target: Minimum 2 confirmed meetings per day

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, real estate, or construction sales will be an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound dialing (200+ calls daily).
  • Ability to handle objections and quickly build rapport with homeowners.
  • Organized, reliable, and KPI-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month
  • Performance Incentive: PKR 20,000 upon achieving the monthly target
  • Training & Support: Full training, scripts, systems, hardware, and software provided.
