Role Overview

We’re looking for an on-site Data Analyst to help us manage and make sense of our growing data across sales, advertising, team performance, and internal operations. You’ll be responsible for building clean, useful dashboards and supporting decision-making across departments.

This role will work closely with our leadership and management teams on-site to track what’s working, what needs attention, and where we can improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage dashboards to monitor:
• Online sales performance (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
• Ad spend and results (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Product returns, SKU performance, and profitability
• Inventory levels and reorder alerts
• Staff timesheets and internal task tracking (ClickUp)
• Department productivity and reporting trends
• Collect and clean data from multiple sources (Excel, ClickUp, marketplaces, ad platforms)
• Share weekly reports and summaries with the management team
• Spot patterns, trends, and gaps to help us improve decision-making
• Support eCommerce, warehouse, customer service, and software teams with insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong skills in Excel and dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.)
• Comfortable working with multiple data types and systems
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to explain data clearly
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or tools like Amazon Seller Central and ClickUp
