Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across our digital and static outdoor media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for OOH advertising.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, agencies, and brands for advertising partnerships.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with operations and creative teams for campaign execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Out-of-Home / Outdoor Advertising sales or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of OOH media formats, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network within advertising agencies and corporate clients is a plus.
