Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
