Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Digital Marketing division. We are looking for dynamic professionals with a strong background in sales, client engagement, and international business development, particularly within the digital marketing industry.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to expanding our global client base by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in international markets to promote digital marketing services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Generate qualified leads through platforms such as  LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr , and targeted email outreach
  • Prepare and deliver compelling  proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly  sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay updated on  industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies  to enhance sales strategies

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience  in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT company)
  • Strong understanding of  digital marketing services  including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing
  • Excellent  written and verbal English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with  lead generation tools  such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
  • Strong  negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both  independently and within a team

Office Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00
