We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-driven Business Development Junior to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to start their journey in international business development and gain exposure to the IT and healthcare billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential leads across international markets.
• Support senior business development executives in lead generation and outreach activities.
• Use lead generation tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms) to build and maintain client databases.
• Help prepare email campaigns, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Track and document leads, communications, and progress in CRM tools.
• Learn and contribute to sales pipeline management and client communication strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or sales are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of lead generation tools and platforms.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, learning, and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working on-site during U.S. EST night shift hours.
• Motivated to grow a career in international business development and IT/healthcare services.
