Business Development Manager

Role: Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT Sales (EIM & S2P Solutions) – Middle East

Location: Dubai

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Regional Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise technology sales in the Middle East. This role requires a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong regional market knowledge, and the ability to develop relationships with C-level decision-makers across industries. The BDM will be responsible for expanding our footprint by winning new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales & Revenue Growth Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities across large enterprises and public sector organizations in the Middle East.

· Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

· Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.

· Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate and timely pipeline data in CRM systems. Provide regular market intelligence and sales performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or related discipline. 7+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Middle East markets.

· Strong experience selling into large enterprises, government, and regulated industries. Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, RFP/RFQ processes, and public sector procurement in the region.

· Strong network of industry contacts across the Middle East.

· Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED66,000.00 - AED79,200.00 per year
