About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our client acquisition and business growth in the UAE and GCC markets. The BDM will focus on building long-term partnerships with corporates, government entities, and institutions requiring staffing and recruitment solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong network, consultative sales skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the UAE and GCC across industries (healthcare, construction, hospitality, retail, IT, logistics, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Explore opportunities with corporates, embassies, government organizations, and international businesses.
  • Support in drafting proposals, tenders, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Forge collaborations with international recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums in the UAE/GCC.
  • Identify new verticals and market opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Work closely with the recruitment operations team to align client requirements with talent sourcing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
  • Track KPIs such as revenue growth, client acquisition, lead conversions, and account renewals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide business forecasts.
  • Present regular business updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in business development or client acquisition (in recruitment/staffing/HR services).
  • Strong understanding of GCC labor markets and recruitment trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to KSA, when the need arises.
  • Demonstrated results in meeting Business Development goals.
