Business Development Manager (Healthcare & Nursing Recruitment, USA)

Lahore, Pakistan

IBSTEC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in US-based healthcare recruitment, focusing on nurses and healthcare staff placement. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with healthcare facilities and recruitment partners in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare staffing market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and staffing agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end business development: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placements.
  • Understand client staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years minimum experience in US healthcare / nurse recruitment business development.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
