Business Leader – Commercial & Growth

Introduction

We are seeking a senior Business Leader with 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, and business growth within the cyber security industry. This role drives revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and key account growth while working closely with the CEO to execute company-wide growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial, sales, and business development functions
  • Own and grow the cyber security solutions and services portfolio
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, deal closure, and collections
  • Build and lead sales, business development, and key account teams
  • Develop strong enterprise and C-level client relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion
  • Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and OEM/vendor partnerships
  • Track KPIs, revenue targets, and growth initiatives using CRM tools

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in cyber security sales, commercial management, or growth leadership
  • Track record of achieving USD 4–6M+ sales targets
  • Experience selling to Financial Services or Telecom clients
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
