Job Summary:

Glosix Systems is hiring energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls for local and international campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Generate leads and support sales activities
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of call center experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in shifts
