About the Role
We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Call Support & Lead Conversion Specialist who enjoys talking to customers and turning opportunities into success. You will be connecting with warm leads who sign up through our social media ads and start a free trial of our software.
This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, follow-ups, and converting interested users into active customers.
What You’ll Do
- Contact warm leads who register through our ads.
- Ensure users complete their signup successfully.
- Build strong relationships through confident communication.
- Guide customers and share training resources.
- Conduct smart follow-ups to keep users engaged.
- Identify highly interested prospects and qualify them.
- Maintain call records and provide performance updates to the Team Lead.
